This original, one-woman operetta is a musical homage to the famous traditional curer from Kilanena in County Clare who, throughout her long and checkered life, defied the authorities, and was tried for witchcraft shortly before her death. The piece is performed using a specially designed mechanical stage set. ‘Mighty Tales’ is Helen Lane and Steve Johnston.
Esta 'one-woman' opereta é uma homenagem musical à famosa curandeira de Kilanena de County Clare que, ao longo de toda a sua vida desafiou as autoridades e acabou por ser acusada de bruxaria pouco antes da sua morte. A história é apresentada numa estrutura mecânica especialmente desenhada para a peça. Helen Lane e Steve Johnston são os autores que compõe a dupla teatral ‘Mighty Tales’.
